There are only two stipulations for people at Base One and they are equally important: you've got to be good - and you've got to be nice with it.

It helps if you enjoy freedom - and know how to make the most of it when you have it. We know what produces good work and relationships but we don't apply a single way of working; we find the best, most productive and happiest way of working with each other.
