 The "Committed" campaign exemplified Rackspace's dedication to customer service – a level of commitment to customer welfare that is driven by the natural enthusiasm of its remarkable workforce. Rackspace knows that it is very different to its competitors, and was therefore looking for a campaign that gloried in the company's maverick status. The resultant campaign won a B2B Marketing Award and a PPA Gold Award for its effectiveness in communicating Rackspace's unique personality.  |
